The chalets are located in a quiet area of the only holiday park in Lauwersoog. The main building is just a short walk away, housing the reception, a small supermarket, a restaurant, a snack bar, children's entertainment, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, a laundromat, and SUP and bicycle rentals. You can also book excursions there.
A very useful app is offered for download by the park!
There you will find all the information, opening hours, events and emergency numbers. A good way to prepare for your upcoming holiday.

Those who want to be active can use outdoor fitness equipment in the immediate vicinity.
Or you can take a walk through the nearby forest or wander through the Lauwersmeer nature reserve.
Whether you do it by bicycle or on foot is entirely up to you.
You can reach the fishing harbor on foot. There you can buy freshly caught fish. For a meal, there are restaurants, or you can simply watch the boats. Many excursion boats and the ferry to the opposite island of Schiermonnikoog, with its beautiful sandy beaches, also dock here.
From June 2025, the seal sanctuary and the Wadden Sea Centre will also move from Pieterbeuren to the port of Lauwersoog. It's within walking distance and promises plenty of fun and activities.
If you'd like to leave your car or bicycle behind, you'll find the bus stop right at the park entrance. Let's go!
